Maintenance and Support
The Maintenance and Support agreement gives the customer access to the latest version of the software. It also includes e-mail support and telephone support during office hours (CET).
The first year of Maintenance and Support is included in the license price. After the first year you can purchase a maintenance upgrade for the succeeding year at a cost of 15% of the current software list price
For an enterprise license, the annual Maintenance/Upgrade price is US $1,127  (or EUR 1,025.00).
For an International Enterprise license, the annual Maintenance/Upgrade price is US $2,145 (or EUR 1,950.00)

When a subscription expires, the subscription enters a brief grace period. The option of renewing the subscription is available for 1 month (grace period) after your subscription expires.

All major credit cards are accepted. The registration key with some instructions will be automatically e-mailed to you once your order is approved, usually within 1 or 2 days.

Ordering from distributor (only Quick3270 and Quick3270 Secure).
Find an authorized distributor in your country (See list of distributors). Otherwise order directly from DN-Computing.

You can order directly from DN-Computing by Voice, Fax or mail.
We accept orders on account only from established companies that have faxed us a signed Purchase Order on their company's letterhead.
Customers from the European Union (other than France) must provide their VAT registration number, otherwise 20% VAT will be added to the prices listed.
