Maintenance and Support
The Maintenance and Support agreement gives the customer
access to the latest version of the software. It also includes
e-mail support and telephone support during office hours (CET).
The first year of
Maintenance and Support is included in the license price.
After the first year you can purchase a maintenance upgrade
for the succeeding year at a cost of 15% of the current
software list price
For an enterprise license, the annual Maintenance/Upgrade
price is US $1,127 (or EUR 1,025.00).
For an International Enterprise license, the annual
Maintenance/Upgrade price is US $2,145 (or EUR 1,950.00)
When a subscription expires, the subscription enters a brief
grace period. The option of renewing the subscription is
available for 1 month
(grace period) after your subscription expires.
